Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

 

By using this website and Errichel House and Cottages online booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your contract with Errichel House and Cottages.

Please note that your booking has not been confirmed until your deposit has been paid.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check in is normally between 3pm and 6pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager. If you plan to arrive after 6.00pm, please advise us of your estimated time or arrival.

ACCOMMODATION

Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with us in advance that their requirements can be met.  Croit na Greine offers level access with spacious accommodation and a ground floor bedroom with ensuite wet room.  The Garden Cottage accommodation is all on one level, however there are 5 steps up from the parking area to the terrace to gain access.

DINNER

Dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed online. If the time you have requested online is unavailable we will allocate the closest available time to you, alternatively, please contact the hotel direct to book your slot prior to completion of your online booking.

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS

Please note that breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:30am. If breakfast is required at a later time, this can be ordered from the Bistro, at full menu price. If breakfast is required earlier, this will be at the discretion of management, and may carry a supplementary cost.

We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa; debit cards – Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron or Electronic bank transfers (please note any bank charges or difference in exchange rate must be coverd by you). CHILDREN

Infants under the age of two can stay and eat breakfast for free when sharing a room with two paying adults. There is a £5 fee for our provision of a cot and cot linen. Children from the ages of 2 to 12 years will be charged at £50.00 per child, per night where the adults are staying on Bed and Breakfast or Dinner Bed and Breakfast Rates (this covers the cost of bed & breakfast only and all other child meals will be charged for as taken), when sharing a room with two paying adults where a suitable room is available. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and fold-out bed may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in a guest room. Any children over 12 will be charged the same rate as an adult.

SMOKING

Our properties are smoke free and penalty fees will be applied if you smoke in the main building, or the cottages.

PETS

We are based on a working farm with free range hens and ducks in the gardens and livestock in the surrounding fields.  It is essential that all dogs remain on a lead when out and about on the property.

Thyme Bistro welcomes dogs during the day.  Please keep your dog on a short lead at all times in the Bistro.

Three of our holiday cottages are pet friendly.  Croit na Greine, Margmore Cottage and Garden Cottage.  There is a pet fee of £40 per pet.  If you would like to bring more than 2 pets please contact us prior to making your reservation to confirm arrangements.   Dogs must not be allowed on beds or furniture.  Please bring your dog bed and/or crate with you.  Never leave your dog alone in the house.  If any damages or additional housekeeping occurs you will be charged accordingly.

Please note that Garden Cottage does not have an enclosed garden.  This means it is not possible to ‘let the dog out’ without going for a walk yourself.

If you are bringing a pet please follow the rules and ensure you leave no trace when you depart.  Always pick up after your dog and place bags in the outdoor bins provided.  Thank you for helping us keep a lovely space for everyone to enjoy.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers should be handed to the receptionist on arrival.

DAMAGES

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room, Errichel House or cottage during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

If you are staying in one of our Cottages, we will charge a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £50 (Garden Cottage) & £100 (Croit na Greine and Margmore) to your card on arrival, which will be refunded to you the week after your departure after a satisfactory housekeeping check.

We reserve the right to evict you without notice or refund should you cause disturbance to residents and other guests.

While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice.

PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY

All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from Errichel.

Errichel House: We request a 25% non refundable deposit per booking to secure your reservation if you are booking earlier than 2 weeks prior to arrival.  If you are booking within 2 weeks prior to arrival we request payment in full at the time of booking.

We will charge the balance of your booking to your card 14 days prior to arrival

Should you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date we reserve the right to charge the full cancellation fee of 100% of the value of your booking.  We would deduct the balance due on your accommodation from your given card number.

Errichel Cottages: We request a 25% non refundable deposit per booking to secure your reservation if you are booking earlier than 2 months prior to arrival.  If you are booking within 2 months prior to arrival we request payment in full at the time of booking. The balance of your booking will be charged to your credit card 2 months prior to arrival

Should you cancel within 2 months of your arrival date we reserve the right to charge the full cancellation fee of 100% of the value of your booking.  We would deduct the balance due on your accommodation from your given card number.  Amendments of booking dates within the cancellation period may be treated as cancellations.

Advance Purchase Rates: If you have booked an Advance Purchase or Special Offer rate payment in full at the time of booking will be required.

FARM TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your booking is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the date of your experience (less an administration fee of £1.50 to cover transaction costs).  Within 48 hours, should you need to change or cancel your booking we will offer you a free postponement or a credit voucher for you to use within the Errichel & Thyme Business.  Cancellations must be made in writing via email to enquiries@errichel.co.uk

TASTINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
