Our lamb is actually hogget, allowed to gain more maturity, for extra flavour. It's exceptional in a casserole!

Paul has worked as a chef all over Africa and Asia. These specialities are particularly dear to his heart, and the tastes are spectacular!
The national dish of South Aftrica: ground (Shetland) Beef, with delicious sweet spices, and a golden topping. Don't miss it!
Free Range Chicken in a Casserole warmed by Moroccan spice.

Layer upon layer of pasta, our own Shetland beef, and Isle of Kintyre cheese - so addictive it should be a banned substance! We advise you not to purchase just one...
A Greek dish made with our delicious hogget (lamb) slowly cooked on the bone, with potatoes, garlic, and feta.
Just so meat-eaters don't get all the fun, a vegetarian version of our delicious cheesey lasagne
A delicious Italian dish with layered aubergine, tomato, melted cheese and herbs.
