By now, we hope you’ve seen our newest offer – a Christmas gift to you, in the form of a £5 gift voucher for you to spend at Errichel on your Christmas shopping. Read on for full terms and conditions before you visit us!

Terms & Conditions

Voucher may be used in Thyme Deli at Errichel, on any item, or combination of, with the exception of Errichel gift cards. Sales in excess of £5 will have this amount deducted from the total. Voucher may only be used once, and no change is given. Voucher may not be used for food and drink at Thyme Bistro. Voucher is offered on a strictly ‘one voucher per person’ basis. Voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The user must give a valid email address and ‘opt-in’ with a tick –  signifying their acceptance to receive occasional marketing emails in future. The user must bring their physical copy of the voucher with them, and give this to the cashier with their name and email address added. Offer is valid only for the month of December 2020, and expires on Jan 1 2021 inclusive. Offer is strictly subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. Offer may only be used within the stated opening hours of Thyme Deli, which the owners reserve the right to change at any time without prior notice.

Questions and Answers…

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No! We genuinely want you to try shopping in our beautiful Deli, so if your purchase only comes to £5 to the penny, that is fine! We do ask for your name and email address, so we can contact you in the future.  

Can I use my voucher for purchases online? 

Unfortunately, this is not available for online orders, and you must present your physical voucher from the Quair Magazine. To be kept informed of future online offers, please join our email list.  

I see you’re doing Christmas food orders by telephone – can I use my voucher to get £5 off my Christmas food order? 

Yes! We have decided to allow Quair readers to use the offer in this way. Download our Christmas food list here, and quote ‘Quair offer’ when you place your order by phone or email. We will ask for your email address (unless we have it already), which we will add to our mailing list.  

I notice the offer is only valid in December, but can I use it at any time in December? 

Yes – but only when we’re open! Make sure you check our website or call us if you’re unsure – at the time of writing we are closed on a Wednesday, and we close the shop at 3.30pm. We’d hate you to visit us and find us closed. As a word to the wise, we are very popular at weekends, especially around lunchtime and in the afternoon – you may wish to visit in the morning or on a weekday if you prefer quieter surroundings.  

Help! I would love to use the offer, but I don’t use email or have an email address! 

If you’re in this situation, or know somebody who is, but who would love to use their offer and visit us in the future (or may already be a regular customer), please give us a call. It may be that we can make an exception in your case, though please be aware that this is not guaranteed.  

Can I spend my £5 voucher on gift cards? 

Unfortunately you may not exchange your voucher for a £5 value gift card, as this would invalidate the terms and conditions. However, if purchasing a gift card/s to a value of £45+ in a single transaction, we will allow you to use your £5 Quair voucher against the cost.
