Occupying our oak-beamed farmhouse kitchen, the Deli and Farm Shop offers a fabulous range of homemade, local, and Scottish produce, as well as international favourites. Look out for our well-stocked cheese counter, our award-winning homemade jams and preserves, delicious Deli meats including Errichel-reared beef, and shop our delicious selection of hand-made ‘ready to heat’ frozen meals.

If you arrive after 3pm and the Bistro is closed, you can still enjoy coffee, cakes and ice creams in our lovely Deli Gallery.

If the weather is sunny, you can even order your coffees in takeaway cups and enjoy a coffee, or perhaps even a Stewart Tower Dairy ice cream in our pretty gardens.

CHEESE COUNTER

Browse an astonishing array of hard, soft, and blue cheeses, from classics like Brie de Maux and Gorgonzola, to classics in waiting, like ‘Wee Comrie’, a creamy Camembert-like cheese from nearby Strathearn Dairy, or St Andrews Mature Cheddar. We constantly taste our cheese offering (someone has to), so ask for our expert advice, or try a sample yourself.

Regardless of the weather outside, you can take home a taste of the sunny Mediterranean from our Deli counter, with a wide range of classics like Kalamata olives, stuffed Pequino peppers, and Thyme’s very own homemade Hummus and Babaganoush.

A fabulous array of pates, salamis and hams, and don’t miss our farm-reared Shetland roast beef and home-made Pastrami.

Made at Errichel

Taking pride of place amongst our range of products in the Deli are Paul’s own fine foods, devised and produced in the kitchens at Errichel. These include delicious jams and preserves that utilise the wonderful produce of the Tayside region, with just a dash of the exotic. These include two recipients of the ‘Great Taste’ award’s highest honour, the triple star – Paul’s Orange, Passion fruit & Thyme Marmalade, and his most recent award-winner, Seville Orange, Mango and Rose Marmalade. Many others, including Lemon Curd, and Kumquat and Chilli Chutney (the ultimate accompaniment to a cheese board) have also been recognised.

Our own farm-reared Shetland beef is another homemade highlight – Paul’s Shetland Biltong is the ideal low carb/high protein snack.

For days when cooking is too much, we also offer a range of delicious prepared meals, frozen for your convenience. As well as browsing these in store, you can explore the range here.
