Christmas is everybody’s favourite time of year, and nowhere is this truer than here at Errichel & Thyme. On this page, you can find details of our festive opening hours, how to get hold of everything you need for your festive feast, how to join us for a delicious three-course or two-course festive lunch, and how to snatch the last cottages we have available for a truly magical festive break.
Ordering your Christmas lunch to heat at home
This year, we’re committed to keeping both the Deli & Bistro open right up until Christmas Eve, to provide festive cheer for all. This means we are having to reduce our Christmas order ‘click and collect’ operation, which previously occupied the Bistro on the 23rd and 24th.
If you loved your Christmas Dinner Pack last year, we are making a few spaces available to order our delicious Turkey & Vegetarian dinners, but all additional items such as Christmas Cheese, Christmas puddings etc., we will kindly ask to you browse and purchase in-store at Thyme Deli, where we can advise you in person. We will have everything you need to make your festive feast more delicious than ever, with a lovely shopping environment and sustenance on-hand from the Bistro team!

Enjoy amazing views, log burning stoves, and access to Thyme Deli & Bistro just across the pretty gardens. Cottages are fully equipped for self-catering, but you can enjoy using Thyme Bistro, opening from 9am, if you prefer us to get the breakfast! Linen, towels, heating, electricity and a basket of logs for the fire included in the price.

Celebrate with us
Bedecked in festive garlands, with its woodburning stove on, and Christmas tree in situ, Thyme Bistro is the perfect place to come to get you in the festive mood. Now you can enjoy a festive menu to match, with our delicious set Festive Lunch Menu, available to groups of 2 and over.
Available as both a three-course menu or a two-course menu, we’ve aimed to ensure this Winter Treat won’t break the bank, with the two-course option priced at £24.00, and the three-course option priced at £29.00. You can view the menu lower down this page.
To complement your delicious festive meal, why not order a glass of mulled spice apple juice, a festive latte, or choose something from our extensive wine and drinks list?
FESTIVE LUNCH MENU
We are taking bookings for delicious festive lunches from December 1. This menu will not be offered on Sundays, when we run our ‘Sunday Sparkle’ Roast Menu, or on Wednesdays and Thursdays when the Bistro is closed for its two-day break.
Festive Opening Times
As we head toward Christmas, we have additional days with the Bistro open to ensure festive shoppers and visitors can enjoy a delicious meal. We’re also open during the dull ‘Twixmas’ period between Christmas and Hogmanay – why not join us for a meal or a cheese or charcuterie tasting?

These can be ordered online and delivered anywhere in the UK, or you can join us in-store and we can make up the hamper whilst you wait.
