Welcome to Errichel, our working hill farm, Bistro, Deli, and home to our unique Aberfeldy holiday cottages.  Situated in a stunning elevated position just outside picturesque Aberfeldy, with views across the Tay Valley toward the Grampian Mountains, we are passionate about great food, great service, conserving our environment and Britain’s rare-breed native animals.  Whether you’re enjoying an extended stay in our our cottage accommodation, or just coffee and a slice of cake, our strong ethos for quality and care runs through everything we do.

Errichel really is ‘where field meets fork’ – our native rare breed livestock; Shetland Cattle, Large Black Pigs and Shetland Sheep, are reared with care and dignity, and we make use of our own farm produce in the food we serve and sell, alongside showcasing the best local and Scottish produce. Our ‘Thyme Bistro’ has fast become a favourite haunt of locals and visitors alike, where diners can enjoy dishes created by Chef Proprietor Paul Newman. Paul has also developed an award winning range of food products which can be purchased in the Deli, or ordered online.

For those who like their experience so much they don’t want to leave, Errichel Cottages provide welcoming guest accommodation here on the farm. We have four cottages/holiday homes providing a completely private escape. Situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire, with all the majesty of the Highlands, but only 1.5 hours from Scotland’s major cities, Errichel is the perfect holiday location within Scotland.
